Returns Window
30 Days from delivery
Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted for refund, though we may offer store credit at our discretion.
How to Return an Item
- 1Contact our support team at returns@accesscontrolequipment.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- 2We'll provide a return shipping label and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- 3Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- 4Print the return label, attach it to the parcel, and arrange a collection via the designated courier.
- 5Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
- • Custom or made-to-order products
- • Damaged items (unless a manufacturing defect)
- • Items used or installed in a system
- • Items without original packaging or documentation
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
We'll arrange a replacement shipment immediately at no cost, or process a full refund if replacement is not available.
Refund Details
Return shipping is free when using the label we provide. Standard courier applies (3–5 business days).
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receipt and inspection.
Full refund includes VAT and original shipping cost. Return shipping is complimentary.
